Director of Alumni Leadership, Asia Pacific

About the role

Teach For All is seeking a Director of Alumni Leadership for the Asia Pacific region to accelerate the impact of its alumni network. The role will shape strategy, build resources, and foster collaboration across partner organisations, turning individual alumni into a cohesive regional movement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality coaching and consulting to network partners on alumni strategy and implementation.
• Design and launch programs that develop alumni leadership, encourage peer learning, and strengthen regional connectivity.
• Collaborate daily with the Asia Pacific regional team and the global Collective Learning & Consulting team.
• Monitor and evaluate alumni outcomes to ensure alignment with system‑change goals.
• Share best practices and innovations with counterparts in other regions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in movement‑building, leadership development, or alumni engagement within the education sector.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on ability to mobilise people and resources.
• Deep commitment to educational equity and improving outcomes for underserved children.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across cultures and borders.
