Director of Brands

About the role

PTCL Group is seeking a Director of Brands to lead the strategic direction, management, and growth of its brand portfolio. The role will shape brand vision, positioning, and architecture to drive differentiation and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term brand strategy and annual agenda aligned with business priorities.
• Manage the brand portfolio, ensuring clear differentiation and avoiding overlap.
• Own brand health metrics and establish frameworks for tracking equity, awareness, preference and other KPIs.
• Set creative direction for major communication platforms and ensure culturally relevant expression.
• Maintain brand governance, architecture, guidelines and standards across all touchpoints.
• Lead relationships with agencies, media, digital, PR and other partners, establishing performance standards.
• Build and lead a high‑performing brand organization, developing talent and succession plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, Advertising or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 12‑15 years of experience in brand management, marketing or communications.
• Proven leadership in brand strategy, portfolio management and agency partnership.
• Strong analytical skills to use consumer research, market intelligence and competitive analysis.
