Dispatch Associate – Final Mile Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a Dispatch Associate to manage final‑mile delivery operations, ensuring drivers stay on schedule and deliveries are tracked in real time. The role requires daily communication with drivers, warehouse teams, carriers, and US‑based business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and optimise delivery routes based on capacity, geography and delivery windows.
• Schedule B2B delivery appointments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Monitor drivers on their routes, provide real‑time updates and resolve on‑road issues.
• Track delivery progress, transit times and on‑time KPIs.
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers and internal support teams for smooth execution.
• Communicate professionally with US customers via calls and emails, providing updates and resolving queries.
• Maintain dispatch reports, delivery logs and other operational documentation.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch or transportation operations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with TMS, routing software, GPS tracking or mapping systems.
