About the role
AAA Digital is seeking a Dispatcher to support its logistics operations. The role involves coordinating truck movements, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining communication between drivers and clients. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process dispatch requests.
- Assign trucks and drivers based on availability.
- Monitor shipment progress and update status.
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
Required profile
- Strong English speaking and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of truck dispatching (preferred but not mandatory).
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) on‑site.
- Positive attitude and reliability.
