Dispatcher - Taxi, Limo and Truck Fleets

About the role

Raybel Dispatch Management, a Canadian-based provider of dispatch and BPO services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Dispatcher in Rawalpindi. The role coordinates drivers in real time for taxi, limo and truck fleets, assigns and updates trips and ensures timely pickups and deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage real-time driver coordination and assign and update trips
• Communicate clearly with drivers and customers and update routes according to traffic and scheduling changes
• Handle urgent or emergency dispatch requests
• Maintain accurate records of trips and orders using dispatch and call management software
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet service-level expectations
• Support inbound and outbound calls on bookings, order-taking and customer inquiries with a professional, courteous tone

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with clear spoken and written English and the ability to handle high-volume calls
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills for multiple trips, orders and schedules
• Problem-solving and calm decision-making under pressure
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays if required
• Reliable on-site attendance in Rawalpindi; minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in dispatch, call centers, transportation or BPO is preferred but not mandatory
