Division Manager, Manufacturing Excellence (MENA)

About the role

Victoria's Secret & Co is looking for a Division Manager, Manufacturing Excellence (MENA) to lead manufacturing excellence initiatives across its vendor network in the MENA region. The role covers vendor capability development, process optimization, and manufacturing automation and digitalization, and requires extensive travel across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and continuously evolve the VS&Co. ME framework across the vendor network, covering production layouts, machinery, workflows and operating standards.
• Develop and run capability development roadmaps to improve vendor performance, flexibility and long-term scalability.
• Run KPI-driven efficiency roadmaps (productivity, OEE, quality, throughput) to deliver measurable, sustainable performance gains.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on vendor expansion, including onboarding new vendors and scaling existing partners.
• Drive manufacturing innovation aligned with the ME strategy, supporting advanced technologies and future-ready capabilities.
• Work with technology partners on scalable, ROI-driven automation and process improvements.
• Support Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing tools to improve visibility and data-driven decision-making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in lingerie/apparel manufacturing.
• Proven track record of manufacturing excellence initiatives such as lean manufacturing, process optimization and efficiency programs.
• Project and stakeholder management experience, influencing cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and communicate effectively across cultures and organizational levels.
• Strong analytical mindset, turning data into actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the MENA region.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital manufacturing, automation or Industry 4.0 tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint.
