Divisional Incharge / DPD

About the role

The Government of Balochistan is seeking a Divisional Incharge / DPD to oversee project activities at the divisional level across the province's districts. This full‑time position reports to senior provincial officials and plays a key role in delivering government initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate divisional‑level project activities in Balochistan districts.
• Ensure project milestones are met according to government standards and timelines.
• Monitor resource allocation, budgets, and reporting for assigned projects.
• Liaise with district officials, stakeholders, and technical teams to facilitate smooth implementation.

Required profile

• Master’s or BS degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunication or an equivalent field from an HEC‑recognized university.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in project management or similar project‑focused roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
