DMC Sales Representative (Night Shift)

About the role

As a DMC Sales Representative you will work night shifts (08 PM – 04 AM) to drive revenue growth for Reach First’s digital marketing services. You will convert leads into satisfied customers by leveraging persuasive communication, strategic negotiation, and deep product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize advanced sales techniques to close deals and exceed revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to adapt strategies.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Prioritize high‑potential leads generated by sales and marketing teams.
• Communicate product value propositions clearly to prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design tailored solutions for client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency with CRM software.
