About the role
The Donor Care Intern will communicate directly with UK‑based and international donors, primarily via phone calls, to support the Donor Care team of an international humanitarian organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Speak with donors over the phone and handle enquiries professionally.
- Conduct follow‑up calls, respond to WhatsApp and email messages, and provide clear information.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and update internal spreadsheets.
- Escalate queries when necessary and support general donor care administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Clear, confident, and professional communication on calls.
- Strong listening and conversation skills.
- Basic computer and administrative abilities.
- Professional, polite, and patient approach to donor interaction.
What we offer
- Monthly stipend of PKR 35,000‑40,000, based on skills and suitability.
- Full‑time onsite placement at the DHA Phase 2 office in Rawalpindi, Monday‑Friday 11:00‑19:00.
