E-commerce Account Manager - Amazon & eBay

About the role

NATIVIA GLOBAL (PRIVATE) LIMITED is looking for an Amazon & eBay Account Manager in Lahore to oversee and optimise its seller accounts on these marketplaces. The role covers product listings, order processes and seller account operations to maximise sales performance. It is based at High Q Tower, Lahore, with working hours from 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and does not involve managing a team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub accounts for smooth daily operations.
• Optimise product listings using Marketplace SEO, including keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Monitor sales performance and share detailed analytics to spot trends, issues and growth opportunities.
• Oversee FBA inventory and fulfillment to keep stock levels and ensure timely order processing.
• Conduct pricing and competitive analysis to set prices that maximise sales and profitability.
• Work with marketing and supply chain teams on promotions and inventory replenishment.
• Resolve customer inquiries and account issues quickly to keep customers satisfied.
• Track marketplace policy updates and compliance requirements to avoid account suspensions.
• Compile regular reports on account status, performance metrics and inventory.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to boost efficiency and sales.

Required profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience handling Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.
• Thorough understanding of marketplace account management, inventory fulfillment and competitive pricing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle account challenges.
