E-commerce Front Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Front Sales Executive to promote our eCommerce services. The role involves engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries in a professional manner.
• Communicate with potential clients via chat, email, and phone calls.
• Assess customer requirements and propose appropriate eCommerce solutions.
• Follow up leads, nurture relationships, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in front‑line sales, customer service, or eCommerce sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Preferred experience selling eCommerce, web development, or digital services.

What we offer
