E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking an E‑Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist to boost online revenue by re‑engaging shoppers, recovering abandoned carts, and guiding buyers through their purchase journey. The role is fully remote and focuses on personalized communication via email, SMS and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
• Provide tailored product recommendations and guide buyers toward optimal solutions.
• Engage customers proactively through email, SMS, and live‑chat channels.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong persuasive communication and proven ability to convert leads.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable PC (i5 or higher) with stable 25 Mbps internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using CRM or customer‑engagement platforms.
