E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is looking for an E‑Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist to help drive revenue by re‑engaging shoppers, recovering abandoned carts, and guiding buyers through their purchase journey. You will communicate via email, SMS and live chat to turn conversations into conversions in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and guide buyers toward the best‑fit solutions.
• Proactively engage customers through email, SMS and live chat.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues quickly, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote/online sales and customer support experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email or chat (e‑commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong persuasive communication skills with a natural ability to convert leads.
• Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools or other customer‑engagement platforms.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote setting.
