About the role
We are seeking a confident, customer‑focused E‑Commerce Sales Representative to handle online interactions, generate sales and manage orders across our digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and the website.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and follow up with potential or pending customers.
- Process and confirm online orders accurately, assisting with product information, deliveries, returns and exchanges.
- Maintain customer and order records and coordinate with the team for order preparation and dispatch.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce or online sales.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Basic computer and social‑media proficiency.
- Proactive, responsive, able to manage multiple customers and orders efficiently.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
