E-Commerce Sales Specialist

About the role
TalentPop App is seeking a motivated E‑Commerce Sales Specialist to join its remote team. In this role you will turn customer conversations into sales opportunities, helping to grow revenue and strengthen client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers through chat, email, and other digital channels to identify sales opportunities.
- Recover lost or abandoned revenue by following up on previous interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales tactics with promotional campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience in e‑commerce or online sales environments.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote setting.
- Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales goals.
