About the role
The E‑Commerce Shopify Expert at Creative Chaos will develop and manage D2C and B2B Shopify platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience in a regulated industry.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Shopify theme updates, product launches, page buildouts and customizations.
- Build and optimise B2B storefronts for business clients.
- Develop and manage Shopify flows, automations and apps to improve efficiency.
- Integrate digital marketing initiatives such as reviews, referrals, affiliate programs and SEO.
- Lead private app development and platform integrations.
- Use analytics tools to track performance and provide data‑driven insights.
Required profile
- Extensive Shopify expertise, including end‑to‑end store builds and platform management.
- Experience with Shopify apps to enhance site functionality.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing and automation.
- Strong understanding of analytics software and data analysis.
- Excel and data‑analysis skills for reporting and performance tracking.
