E-commerce Specialist & Digital Marketer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, results‑driven E‑commerce Specialist/Digital Marketer to join our remote team. You will manage our online sales platforms, craft digital marketing strategies, and drive traffic and conversions for our e‑commerce site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise e‑commerce platforms (product listings, inventory, order processing).
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
• Create high‑quality content for product descriptions, social posts, and email newsletters.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
• Optimise SEO and SEM efforts, manage PPC budgets, and maintain a strong online presence.
• Run targeted email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Oversee social media accounts, schedule posts, engage followers, and track metrics.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an e‑commerce specialist or digital marketer.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
