e-Learning Developer & Designer Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Officer e-Learning Developer & Designer to create, review and enhance digital learning assets. The role combines instructional design, graphic creation and multimedia production to deliver engaging, brand-aligned training content.

Key responsibilities

• Modify, review and add voice-overs to e-learning modules, videos and audio files to ensure instructional quality and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather revisions, set timelines and approve content changes.
• Design infographics, icons, and visual assets for learning and development initiatives.
• Create internal communication artwork such as bulletins, posters and announcements.
• Package and upload e-learning content to the Learning Management System, ensuring SCORM/xAPI compliance.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong graphic-design skills using Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva.
• Proficiency in video and audio editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Camtasia or Audacity.
• Good communication abilities for stakeholder negotiations.
• Familiarity with LMS functionalities and e-learning standards.
