Early Childhood Educator

About the role

Coded Minds Pakistan is seeking a full‑time Early Childhood Educator to join its on‑site team in Lahore. You will design and deliver age‑appropriate learning activities that nurture social, emotional, cognitive and physical development of young children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement play‑based, activity‑rich lessons aligned with early childhood development principles.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment and ensure child protection standards are met.
• Observe, document and report children’s progress regularly.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support school events and initiatives.
• Communicate consistently with parents and guardians about children’s learning and wellbeing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the early childhood program.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and staff.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and ability to apply them in a classroom setting.
• Creativity in designing engaging, play‑based learning experiences.
• Excellent organization skills for lesson planning, classroom management and record‑keeping.
• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Understanding of child safety, safeguarding practices and inclusive education approaches.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English; local language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a dynamic learning environment.
