eBay Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced eBay Account Manager to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our eBay store, ensuring high visibility, strong sales performance, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize eBay product listings by updating titles, descriptions, images, and pricing to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels across the eBay platform and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service, handling inquiries, disputes, and maintaining positive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with eBay seller policies to protect account health.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark pricing, promotions, and listing strategies.
• Analyze sales data using Excel and tools such as Frooition to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage order processing, shipping updates, and inventory synchronization through Linnworks.
• Continuously review and improve listing content and store policies in line with market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align eBay activities with broader sales and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing eBay accounts.
• Detail‑oriented professional capable of working independently.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
