eBay Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic eBay Sales Executive to join our growing e‑commerce team in Faisalabad. You will be responsible for managing our eBay storefront, ensuring product listings are accurate, attractive and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create and optimise eBay listings, write product descriptions, set prices and upload high‑quality images.
• Handle customer inquiries, process orders and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels and update listings accordingly.
• Track sales performance, analyse data and adjust listings or promotions to improve visibility and conversion.
• Manage feedback, ratings and resolve customer issues to maintain a high seller rating.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies aligned with company goals.

Required profile

• Strong experience with eBay selling, listing management and order processing.
• Solid sales and customer‑service abilities with a focus on buyer satisfaction.
• Good analytical skills and basic proficiency with spreadsheets for performance tracking.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently on‑site in Faisalabad and collaborate with team members.
• Prior experience in online selling or retail; diploma or degree in business, marketing or IT is a plus.
