Ecommerce & WordPress Website Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Ecommerce & WordPress Website Manager to run our online presence from Islamabad. You will be responsible for overseeing our WordPress site, Etsy shop, TikTok Shop and other international marketplaces, using AI tools to create SEO‑friendly English product listings and drive global traffic for our gemstone and mineral products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the WordPress backend, Etsy, TikTok Shop and additional sales channels independently.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI image generators) to write English titles, descriptions, keywords and to enhance product photos.
• Create and continuously improve SEO‑friendly product listings for an international audience.
• Develop long‑term marketing plans and analyse store performance to increase sales.
• Organise and maintain product files, images and all digital assets in a systematic way.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of practical experience in ecommerce operations with international marketplaces.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress backend management.
• Proven track record listing products on Etsy and TikTok Shop.
• Strong written English for creating product content.
• Experience using AI content and image‑generation tools.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently without daily supervision and available for long‑term full‑time work.
• Preferred: knowledge of gemstones/minerals and cross‑border ecommerce.
