Education Counselor (Study Abroad)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Education Counselor to join our Lahore office and guide students through the study‑abroad journey. You will provide personalized advice on university selection, scholarships, and visa procedures, helping learners turn their international aspirations into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations (in‑person or virtual) to assess student profiles, goals and preferred destinations.
• Advise on suitable universities, courses, eligibility, scholarships and visa requirements.
• Manage the complete admission and visa application process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
• Organise and present webinars, information sessions and partner events.
• Stay updated on global education systems, admission trends and policy changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents and international academic partners.
• Achieve monthly conversion targets in collaboration with the counseling team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in international student counseling or education consultancy (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Empathetic, student‑centric attitude with professionalism.
• Familiarity with study destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada and Australia.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
