Educational Counsellor – Europe (Rawalpindi)

About the role

CMS Migration is expanding its European counselling team in Rawalpindi. The role blends student counselling with sales, helping prospective students choose and secure study pathways across Europe while generating consultancy revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person, referred and online counselling sessions.
• Assess student academic records, financial capacity, intent and visa eligibility.
• Recommend realistic European destinations, courses and universities.
• Close consultancy agreements, handling price objections confidently.
• Prepare and review complete application files, including academic and financial documents.
• Guide students through the visa application process to lodgement and outcome.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with applicants and families to keep leads warm.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partner institutions on offers, deferrals and queries.
• Keep accurate, up‑to‑date case records and meet monthly conversion and submission targets.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience in study‑abroad or migration consultancy.
• Proven track record of selling fee‑based European destinations (e.g., Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Portugal).
• Demonstrated ability to close deals, not just provide counselling.
• Strong understanding of student visa documentation and file preparation.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Ability to assess student profiles and match them with suitable courses and universities.
• Confidence in handling price negotiations and objections.
• Proficiency with online application portals and standard office software.
