Educational Counselor

About the role

As an Educational Counselor you will guide Pakistani students in selecting suitable overseas study programmes and destinations, helping them align their academic goals with career aspirations. You will use your communication and interpersonal skills to understand each client’s needs and provide evidence‑based advice.

Key responsibilities

• Assess students’ academic background, interests and career goals to recommend appropriate international courses and universities.
• Provide clear information on admission requirements, visa processes and scholarship opportunities.
• Conduct informative sessions and public‑speaking events for groups of students and partners.
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior consultants to stay updated on global education trends.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow‑up on applications.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional confidence when interacting with clients and meeting measurable targets.
• Commercial awareness, accountability and long‑term career ambition in the education sector.
• Leadership experience in student societies, internships or entrepreneurial projects is a plus.
