Electrical Grid Operations Lead (Remote)

About the role

The Technical Grid Lead at I Engineering Pakistan is responsible for overseeing technical operations and maintenance across an assigned electrical grid. This remote position ensures network availability, site performance, and timely resolution of technical issues while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor telecom operations and maintenance to guarantee uninterrupted network availability.
• Track site availability, outages, alarms and analyse technical KPIs to proactively address system issues.
• Coordinate with cluster owners, technicians, vendors and customer teams for efficient execution of technical tasks.
• Identify, diagnose and resolve power, transmission and site‑related faults to minimise downtime.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities in line with service level agreements.
• Collect and analyse operational data to produce technical performance reports.
• Ensure field teams follow safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in grid infrastructure design and electrical grid design.
• Strong project management and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
