Electrical Technician – ASM Diesel Generator

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Electrical Technician to join Synergy Corporation’s after‑sales maintenance team in Karachi. The role focuses on maintaining diesel and gas generators, performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting electrical issues to ensure reliable power generation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site customer service and technical support during field visits.
• Install, repair and maintain electrical equipment within the assigned territory.
• Conduct client demonstrations and prepare detailed service reports.
• Diagnose electrical faults, perform root‑cause analysis and execute repairs.
• Submit work orders, expense reports and timesheets to relevant departments.
• Coordinate with the technical team and keep management updated on progress.
• Evaluate products for maintenance, warranty and upgrade purposes.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, warranty contracts and installation reports.

Required profile

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical.
• 2–3 years of experience in after‑sales maintenance (ASM) of generators.
• Strong hands‑on experience in genset troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Field service experience is preferred.
