Electrical Technician ASM Diesel Generator

About the role

Synergy is seeking a full‑time Electrical Technician to join its on‑site team in Karachi Division. The role focuses on after‑sales maintenance (ASM) of diesel generators, ensuring reliable operation of power‑generation equipment for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and technical support during field visits.
• Perform on‑site installation, electrical repair, and preventive maintenance within the assigned territory.
• Conduct client demonstrations and prepare detailed service reports.
• Diagnose electrical faults, perform root‑cause analysis, and execute appropriate repairs.
• Submit work orders, expense reports, and timesheets to relevant departments.
• Coordinate with technical team members and keep management updated.
• Evaluate products for maintenance, warranty, and upgrade purposes.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and advise management on unsuitable equipment.

Required profile

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in After Sales Maintenance (ASM).
• Strong hands‑on experience in genset troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Field service experience preferred.
