Electrical Technician (Fresh DAE – Contract)

About the role

Avanceon Limited is seeking fresh DAE graduates in Electrical/Electronics to join its Fuelling Solutions Department in Karachi on a contract basis. The role offers hands‑on exposure to installation, commissioning and maintenance of fuel dispensing and control systems in an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, wiring and commissioning of electrical and electronic equipment at project sites.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of fuel dispensing and control systems.
• Perform panel wiring, cable laying, termination and basic circuit testing using multimeters and clamp meters.
• Use basic electrical tools and testing instruments to verify system functionality.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians on routine site and workshop activities.
• Prepare daily work reports and maintain service/maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Travel to project and customer sites as required.

Required profile

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical/Electronics – fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, circuits and components.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn fault analysis.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates must be based in Karachi.
