Electronics Repair Technician – Lab Warranty Claims

About the role

We are looking for an Electronics Repair Technician to join our Warranty Claim Service Center in Lahore (and Rawalpindi). The role focuses on assessing warranty claims, repairing and replacing CCTV hardware, and ensuring a fast turnaround for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assess warranty claims according to company policies and disclaimers.
• Perform hardware and software repairs on CCTV equipment such as DVRs, NVRs, HDDs, cameras, and PTZ units.
• Maintain daily logs of repaired or replaced items using the RMA Portal and Google Sheets.
• Manage inventory of electronic boards and provide accurate monthly demand forecasts.
• Minimize repair wait times to improve customer experience.
• Prepare monthly warranty claim reports in coordination with sales and technical teams.

Required profile

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electronics or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ELV circuit repair, preferably with CCTV equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for low‑voltage (ELV) circuits.
• Basic computer proficiency (Windows OS and email).
• Good communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.
• Polite, humble, extroverted, and able to multitask.
