About the role
Classic Programmers is hiring an Email Marketing and Cold Outreach Specialist in Lahore, working on qualified leads and booked calls. The role turns cold lists into real conversations through personalized outreach and nurturing.
Key responsibilities
- Build and run cold email campaigns targeting potential clients
- Write sharp, personalized sequences and follow-ups that get responses
- Manage email newsletters and nurture campaigns
- Handle list building, email warm-up, deliverability and domain health
- Track open, reply and conversion rates and keep improving them
Required profile
- Hands-on experience with cold outreach and email marketing tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist or Mailchimp
- Excellent English writing and persuasion skills
- Understanding of deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC and spam best practices
- B2B or IT services lead generation experience is a plus
