Email Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a resourceful Email Marketing Assistant to support our remote marketing team. The role blends email campaign coordination, community engagement, and administrative support, making it ideal for an organized individual with a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and scheduling of email campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Organize campaign assets, contact lists, and segment updates.
• Track performance data and compile clear reports for internal teams.
• Maintain SOPs, campaign checklists, and shared resources.
• Support return‑trend tracking by analyzing portal data and organizing findings.
• Respond to community engagement via DMs, ad comments, and customer threads.
• Collaborate with account managers on marketing updates and ad‑hoc admin tasks.
• Research competitive campaigns and trends when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong attention to data detail.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and project‑management platforms such as Asana or ClickUp.
• Excellent written communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Calmly manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Bonus experience with SEO, PPC, or content writing.
