About the role

Mahum Asad is seeking a full‑time Embroidery Puncher to join its Lahore team. You will translate creative embroidery designs into precise digital punch files that drive high‑quality production on commercial machines.

Key responsibilities

• Convert artwork into digital punch files, setting stitch placement, density, and color sequencing.
• Review design specifications and prepare files for various embroidery machines.
• Run sample tests, evaluate output, and adjust files to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with designers, machine operators, and production supervisors to meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of designs, revisions, and production notes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of punching processes and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in embroidery punching and digital file creation for commercial machines.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, threads, and machine capabilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot and correct errors before production.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to keep digital files organized.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and manage multiple projects.
