Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

The Associate Manager – Employee Relations will manage and resolve employee relations matters across Domino’s restaurants in Pakistan, partnering with Operations and HR to ensure fair and consistent handling of employee issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end ER cases including misconduct, attendance, grievances, workplace conflicts and policy violations.
• Conduct fact‑finding investigations using statements, CCTV, attendance records and other evidence.
• Prepare and issue show‑cause notices, warning letters and other disciplinary documentation.
• Partner with restaurant managers and regional leaders to resolve concerns and guide ER processes.
• Maintain case trackers, documentation and ensure timely closures while reporting trends to HR leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations or similar roles.
• Experience in high‑volume frontline environments such as restaurants, retail or hospitality preferred.
• Strong investigation, communication, documentation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
