Employment Law Specialist

About the role

31 Green Ltd. is seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to work remotely from Pakistan. The role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to manage a diverse caseload for both employee and employer clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day advice on employment law matters to employees and employers.
• Draft, review, and sign off Settlement Agreements.
• Manage Employment Tribunal litigation from inception to final hearing, including pleadings, witness statements, and applications.
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and performance‑management procedures.
• Conduct negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
• Handle both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters independently.
• Deliver commercially focused, practical legal advice while maintaining high client‑care standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Employment Law.
• Proven ability to handle Employment Tribunal litigation autonomously.
• Experience advising on and drafting Settlement Agreements.
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑management skills.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Highly organised, proactive, and responsive.
