Enablement Intern – Content & Design

About the role

As an Enablement Intern at AIO, you will help shape the visual and video assets that support both internal teams and customers. This role is ideal for a creative, detail‑oriented individual who enjoys turning ideas into polished, on‑brand content.

Key responsibilities

• Create original illustrations, graphics, and design elements for enablement materials.
• Design and edit videos ranging from short explainers to promotional clips.
• Produce and format guides, decks, and templates for internal and external use.
• Refresh existing content across formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with teammates to translate briefs into finished deliverables.
• Organize and maintain asset libraries and content files.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate to meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong visual eye with attention to detail.
• Interest or experience in illustration, graphic design, and video editing.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn.
• Portfolio, reel, or work samples (highly preferred).

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Figma or Canva
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• CapCut or similar video editing tools
