End User Sales Manager

About the role

The End User Sales Manager will lead B2B solution sales of Schneider Electric’s electrical distribution systems, connected software and automation to strategic accounts. Reporting to the Country Leader – Power Systems, the role focuses on building trusted relationships with key customers, especially in the Oil & Gas and MMM segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑layered sales strategy across customer networks, from executive to local levels.
• Create account maps and nurture strong relationships in strategic segments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the most strategic customers, driving end‑to‑end solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects, inside‑sales specialists, quotation experts, engineers, and project managers to deliver tailored solutions.
• Leverage freedom and flexibility to design and close sales opportunities that meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B solution sales of electrical distribution systems and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to build deep relationships with strategic accounts, particularly in Oil & Gas and related sectors.
• Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach.
• Experience working within national and global strategic sales teams.
