Energy Storage Sales Manager – Pakistan Market

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, target‑driven Energy Storage Sales Manager to lead market development and business operations for the Pakistan energy storage sector. The role covers residential, commercial & industrial backup, grid‑tied utility‑scale BESS projects, and regional channel distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate sales strategies and annual business plans, achieve quarterly and annual targets, and produce market analysis reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local EPC contractors, power investors, renewable developers, industrial clients, system integrators, and power distributors.
• Recruit, train, and manage exclusive distributors and agents to build a stable sales channel network.
• Lead full‑cycle project sales from demand communication, scenario analysis, solution design, negotiation, quotation, bidding, contract signing, payment recovery to delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering, and after‑sales teams to resolve on‑site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in local exhibitions and industry events to promote the brand and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Maintain comprehensive customer and project databases, generate sales forecasts, and report market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer development, channel layout, and full‑cycle sales delivery.
• Ability to conduct market research, track policy updates, and produce analytical reports.
