About the role

Axiom World is seeking a confident English Accent & Communication Trainer to enhance the pronunciation, fluency, and professional speaking skills of its team members. The role focuses on improving client‑facing communication for call centre staff.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on English communication, pronunciation, and accent.
• Coach employees to boost fluency, confidence, tone, and overall communication.
• Assess communication gaps, provide feedback, and monitor individual progress.
• Develop engaging training materials and practical speaking exercises.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of call centre sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a strong American accent.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
• Previous experience in training, coaching, or quality assurance is a plus.
