English Language Instructor

About the role

OAcademy is looking for qualified English Language Instructors to deliver high‑quality English lessons for a four‑week project at PECTAA centers across Punjab. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and based primarily in Lahore, focusing on learners of various proficiency levels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver English language instruction using the Berlitz Method.
• Plan, conduct, and facilitate interactive classroom sessions.
• Create lesson plans and learning materials tailored to reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve curricula and use OAcademy’s tools to boost engagement.
• Participate in mandatory training and project orientation sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 16 years of education.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Previous teaching, training, facilitation, or classroom management experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site at assigned PECTAA centers for the full four‑week duration.
• Availability for full‑time work (8:30‑17:30).
