Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

SwiftNine is seeking an elite Enterprise Account Executive to drive high‑value, complex sales across strategic accounts. This senior‑level position focuses on building a robust pipeline, engaging senior decision‑makers, and closing substantial B2B contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract and handover.
• Generate and manage qualified opportunities from BDR/SDR teams, marketing, partners, and referrals.
• Conduct strategic outbound prospecting and account‑based selling to identify high‑value targets.
• Lead executive‑level discovery calls to uncover business problems, financial impact, and buying criteria.
• Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, demos, and customized commercial recommendations.
• Build strong business cases supported by ROI, cost savings, revenue impact, or risk reduction.
• Navigate multi‑stakeholder environments, including leadership, finance, technology, legal, and procurement.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, contract terms, timelines, and service‑level expectations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and provide regular revenue updates.
• Support post‑sale account expansion, renewals, and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Proven track record as an Enterprise Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Strategic Account Executive, or similar role.
• Documented success closing large B2B contracts in complex sales cycles.
• Experience selling high‑value services, software, technology, consulting, payments, financial infrastructure, or e‑commerce solutions.
• Comfort communicating with founders, CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, and enterprise buying committees.
• Highly disciplined, commercially intelligent, and persistent.
