About the role

Teknosys is seeking a results‑driven Enterprise Account Manager to expand its IT services portfolio. You will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients, managing key accounts, and delivering revenue growth through consultative selling of software development, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in target industries such as Telecom, Banking, Fintech, Enterprise and Government.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve defined revenue targets.
  • Drive renewals, upselling and cross‑selling within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery and product teams to craft tailored solutions and respond to RFPs, RFQs and tenders.
  • Engage with partner and channel ecosystems to generate indirect sales.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and contribute to go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

  • 8+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in IT services or software solutions.
  • BBA or a relevant business degree.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling to C‑level stakeholders and managing end‑to‑end sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiations, pricing, renewals and tender processes.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Understanding of Agile and consultative selling methodologies.
  • Experience handling RFP/RFQ and tender submissions.
