Enterprise Account Manager – US Market

About the role

Umer & Company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to close high‑value IBM integration deals with US enterprise customers. You will work from our Lahore office, aligning your schedule with US business hours, and manage the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to signed contract.

Key responsibilities

• Own warm, qualified opportunities end‑to‑end and drive them to close.
• Conduct discovery calls and solution demos with US decision‑makers, up to C‑level.
• Develop tailored proposals and pricing for IBM licensing and integration services.
• Manage negotiations, contract reviews, stakeholder alignment, and sign‑off.
• Expand pipeline within existing accounts and inbound interest.
• Hand off deals to delivery teams while staying involved through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide honest weekly forecasts.
• Relay client feedback to technical teams to ensure realistic commitments.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience closing B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software deals.
• Proven quota‑achievement record with quantifiable results.
• Excellent spoken and written English and comfort selling to US buyers.
• Experience handling long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation judgment and ownership instinct.
• Familiarity with IBM products or enterprise integration is a plus, not mandatory.
