Enterprise Client Partner – Frontier AI (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Client Partner focused on frontier AI to drive high‑value partnerships with AI labs and ML‑driven organisations. The role is fully remote and involves close collaboration with research, engineering and procurement teams to shape model evaluation and human data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and close strategic partnerships with AI labs and organisations working on frontier models.
• Lead technical discovery across evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines and model improvement loops.
• Engage directly with research leads, ML engineers and data teams to understand system constraints and integrate human‑data solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across research, engineering and procurement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement high‑quality human data pipelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI/ML advancements and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, especially evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines and model improvement loops.
• Proven track record in partnership development and closing high‑value deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with research, engineering and procurement teams.
