Entry-Level Finance Officer

About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail‑focused Finance Officer at Level3 BOS. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands‑on experience in financial operations while supporting U.S.‑based clients. The role works the night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM in DHA Phase 5, Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily financial activities such as data entry, basic reporting and record‑keeping.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting by gathering data and preparing reports.
• Conduct basic financial analysis to spot trends, inconsistencies or irregularities.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Track cash flow, monitor expenses and help prepare documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to sustain smooth finance operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
