About the role
Sarmaya is looking for a mid-level ERP or systems consultant who can independently lead configuration, integration and modernization work across SAP, Oracle and Dynamics environments. The company positions itself above these platforms rather than competing with them.
Key responsibilities
- Own ERP module configuration, customization and integration projects
- Translate client business requirements into system workflows
- Lead system rationalization and modernization initiatives
- Coordinate with technical teams on API and integration connectivity
- Support data migration projects, including validation and reconciliation
- Advise clients on process reengineering opportunities within their ERP setup
Required profile
- 2-4 years of ERP consulting experience (SAP, Oracle or Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of core business processes across finance, procurement and HRE
- Experience with system integration projects
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders
Nice to have
- Relevant ERP certifications
- Experience with multi-system integration (ERP, CRM and finance tools)
