EUC Engineer

About the role

The EUC Engineer will manage easypaisa’s technological infrastructure and end‑user support systems, ensuring productivity and efficiency across the organization. This role involves overseeing hardware, software, and services used daily by employees.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve tickets assigned through ITop / IPeople within defined TAT.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address end‑user complaints on applications, networks, and hardware.
• Provide extended support for software, hardware warranty claims, and video‑conference setup for events and board meetings.
• Manage user accounts on I‑Proc, configure RTGS security per SBP SOP, and handle IP reservations via DHCP.
• Configure Outlook 365, assign licenses, install Intune portal on mobile devices, and manage Active Directory account resets and host management.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and printer issues; deliver Help Desk support for password‑related problems.
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure compliance with internal risk management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in end‑user computing or IT support.
• Effective communication, disciplined time management, and strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows OS, MS Office, MS Outlook, and Cisco devices.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, Outlook 365, and Intune.
• Familiarity with video‑conference tools and RTGS security configuration.
