Executive Access & Power Operations Manager

About the role

The Executive Access & Power Operations Manager will supervise and manage day‑to‑day operations of power plants and associated support systems that keep PTCL’s telecom infrastructure running without interruption. This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and guarantees compliance with safety and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain DG sets and rectifiers of various capacities.
• Plan and manage power optimization for all power‑feeding equipment.
• Control POL (Power‑On‑Load) savings for generators.
• Lead the consolidation and implementation of generator sets.
• Sustain and improve battery backup systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor operational efficiency and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee PMR (Preventive Maintenance Review) of active elements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics or related).
• 2‑3 years of experience in power plant operations or similar field.
• Proven technical competency in DG set and rectifier maintenance, power optimization, and generator consolidation.
