Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a remote Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to support finance, technology, marketing, and legal initiatives for our investment‑focused portfolio. The role combines high‑level administrative support with project coordination across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support technology and alternative‑investment projects, including SPV transactions, by building and maintaining complex Excel models and financial databases.
• Assist with investment research and data analysis.
• Drive media and marketing growth through customer acquisition, affiliate programs, and SEO keyword research for Impact Wealth Magazine and related companies.
• Redline contracts, liaise with legal counsel, and create high‑impact investor pitch decks.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator, preferably in investment banking, corporate law, private equity, or elite consulting.
• Ownership mindset: highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multi‑million‑dollar initiatives under tight deadlines.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Comfortable using advanced AI tools to accelerate execution.
• Available to work until 5:00 PM New York time (EST) and flexible for weekend work during peak publication cycles.
• Must have a UPS battery backup or solar power setup for uninterrupted remote work.
