About the role
The Executive Assistant will act as the right hand of the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient management of the executive office’s logistical needs. This position requires independent initiative, strong follow‑up, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities.
- Prepare meeting briefs, summaries, follow‑up trackers, and professional correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to track deliverables and prepare presentations and reports.
- Create and maintain dashboards, financial trackers, and project sheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT to draft, structure, summarise, and automate repetitive tasks.
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and assist in research for investments, projects, and negotiations.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational, follow‑up and communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Proficiency with AI productivity tools, especially ChatGPT.
- Experience preparing presentations and reports (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word).
